Google announced that they are <strong>offering ad credits to help their small and medium sized businesses advertisers<\/strong> which are taking a devastating toll due to the Coronavirus Outbreak. The free ad credits will be available for use within the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>$340 Million Ad Credits to SMBs:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Google pledged to disburse $340 million dollars in credits to SMBs (Small and Medium Size Businesses). These <strong>ad credits will begin to show into the Google Ads accounts<\/strong> during the course of the next few months <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ad Credits are for Existing Advertisers Only:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">These credits are only available to advertisers who have been active during the past year, with a <strong>Google Support page<\/strong> saying that it\u2019s available to advertisers who have been active since the beginning of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>\u201cSMBs who have been active advertisers since January 1, 2019 will see a credit notification appear in their Google Ads account in the coming months.\u201d<\/strong> said in <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/inside-google\/company-announcements\/commitment-support-small-businesses-and-crisis-response-covid-19\"><strong>Google support page<\/strong><\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This means, that small businesses&nbsp; that  who opens a new Google Ads account this year will not be eligible for a credits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no word of how much the ad credits will be issued to each advertiser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When will it expire<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">This Ad Credits must be used this year. They will not be carried over to next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>The ad credits will be available for use until the end of 2020.<\/strong> That means they will not be available for use in 2021 and it must be used in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Where Can Google Ad Credits Be Used?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cThese ad credits will be applicable across the Google Ads platform including Search, Display, and YouTube as well as all campaign types\u201d said by Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When will be the Ad Credits Available?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Based on Google announcement, the ad credits will not be available immediately. It is explained that this is an announcement and that the follow through going on right now.
